FARGO, N.D. — WDAY officials said this morning they will add newscasts to alternate channels to ensure viewers can watch their local news at 10 p.m. while the NBA Finals are broadcast on ABC.
For those who want to watch the game in its entirety, WDAY still will air live after the game on Channel 6, but for those who aren’t watching the game and want to catch the news early, an early version starting at 10 .p.m will be available from the following sources:
- WDAY.com online streaming.
- WDAY Channel 6.3 in Fargo.
- WDAZ Channel 8.3 in Grand Forks.
- KMCY Channel 14.2 in Minot.
- KBMY Channel 17.2 in Bismarck.
- CableOne Channels 73 or 88.73.
For additional channel listings, viewers can contact their local cable and satellite providers.
And again, WDAY news will then air live in its entirety following NBA coverage on channel 6.
These alternative broadcasts will be available Tuesday, Thursday and June 17 and June 19, if needed.
