FARGO, N.D.— News teams from WDAY TV, 970 WDAY Radio and The Forum of Fargo-Moorhead will offer exclusive coverage of the 2014 Fargo Marathon this Saturday. Both properties are owned by Forum Communications Co.
The race will air live across North Dakota from Fargo beginning at 7:45 a.m. Saturday on the following sources:
- Midcontinent Channel 596.
- CableOne Channels 73 or 88.73.
- MLGC Channel 110.
For additional channel listings, viewers can contact their local cable and satellite providers.
WDAY Sports Director Dom Izzo will lead team reporting of the race, with contributions from Jody Norstedt, Jeff Kolpack, Hanna Grinaker, Christopher Gabriel and Mike Kapel. WDAY’s coverage will be highlighted by live reports along the race course, special features, fan perspectives and interviews with race winners. Viewers also will be able to see participating WDAY personalities running the marathon.
The Fargo Marathon is celebrating its 10th anniversary. A decade ago, 2,000 runners took part in the first marathon. Today, the Fargo Marathon has grown to more than 24,000 participants over a three-day event.
